Every one asks us how the pupper dogs are adjusting with the new addition to our home. For the most part, they're doing great. They're really enjoying having me at home and thus not spending the day in their crates.
Maddy is upset that she doesn't get the same amount of attention that she used to from us and is very mindful that Grant is now part of our family. She is very dear and gets visibly upset when he cries and is protective of him if she thinks someone (especially Crosby) gets too close to him. Crosby LOVES to give Grant kisses and to steal all of his toys. He is convinced that everything is really his.
And Grant is fascinated by all of the dogs. He enjoys to stare at them and to watch them play. It will be interesting to see how the dogs react once Grant is mobile and able to join their game of chase and starts to steal their toys for a change!
