So after I talked with the daycare on Mommy's campus she started having doubts about sending you there. I'm sure that you're more resilient than Mommy is giving you credit for but I didn't like all of the changes that they were going to force on you at one time. I love you. Just the way you are and I want this to be an easy transition for the both of us. So therefore I went on the hunt (again) to find a place that I would love as much as I love you. I looked at every daycare center and every home-based daycare until I found one that I trusted my most valued possession with... you.
So you won't be going to "school" on Mommy's campus this fall. You'll be going to school that has 4 other 1-year olds in your class. You can keep your bottle for meals, until we're ready to do the transition. They only do one nap a day, but if you fall asleep in class they'll put up your pack-n-play and let you rest. I think you'll like it there. Mommy knows that it will be different - for both of us. But I think that it will be a good thing for us.
So buddy in one week you'll be 11 months old. And in 5 weeks we'll be celebrating your very first birthday and sending you to your first day at school.
5 more weeks to enjoy every single second of being with you every second.
