Today was Grant's first day at day care. I go back to work on Wednesday, but since daycare will bring so many changes to our lil' man, we decided to ease him into things. Therefore, starting this morning and for the rest of the week Grant will be going half days to get comfortable and then starting full time next week.

It was incredibly difficult (for Mama, Daddy & baby!) at drop him off this morning and I'm having second guesses about my decision to return to Penn State for full-time work. I think that's natural though to second guess things and to have that twinge of guilt. I've said it before and believe it that there is good for all involved with this decision, but there will be negative consequences as well.
Grant's first day was rough. I guess he cried most of the time he was there... so I'm sure that his teachers were excited to pack him up at noon and send him home.
The good news is that his first day is under all of our belts.... and hopefully each day will get a little easier for everyone.
