We had a happy weekend in Happy Valley! We made it to town to attend Football Eve. Grant got to cheer on the band, meet the cheerleaders, and spend some time enjoying Beaver Stadium! He even got to see fireworks!
And on Saturday we made it to the tailgate in time to see the band walk by! Grant LOVED the band! (Just like his Mama!) We had a great time playing at the tailgate and Grant made it to his first game in Beaver Stadium. However, due to the extreme heat and a much-needed-nap we left after the 1st Quarter and headed to Grant's favorite place on campus - The Creamery!

In addition to enjoying the first football game of the season, we had a great time playing at Grammie & Pooh Bear's house and spending time with Aunt Debra and Uncle Mikey!
Now that Labor Day is over, we're looking forward to fall and all of the fun it brings! Things like:
- Watching the leaves turning color
- Cooler weather & sleeping with the windows open
- Wearing sweatshirts & jeans, my favorite!
- Drinking mulled cider & the return of Starbuck's pumpkin spice latte
- Penn State football
- AND Grant's FIRST birthday!!!!!!
